Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order in the app until the cafe accepts it. After that, please ask at the counter.

Payment and refunds

You pay at the counter after ordering (cash or UPI). If the cafe cancels an order you have already paid for, the amount is returned to you at the counter in the same way you paid.

If online payment is added later, this page will say how online refunds work and how long they take.
