Delete your account

In the app: open Profile → Delete my account. Your profile, notification token and sign-in are deleted at once.

Without the app: call or message [TO CONFIRM] from the number you signed in with, and ask us to delete your account. We do it within 7 days.

What is deleted, what is kept

• Deleted: your name, mobile number, profile and notification token.
• Kept: past order records (items, totals, dates) for the cafe's accounts, without your name or number.
