Privacy policy
Last updated 3 November 2026.
This policy explains what the Rajdhani South Indian app ("the app") collects and why. The app is run by [TO CONFIRM] ("we").
What we collect
- Mobile number: to sign you in with a one-time code (OTP), through Google Firebase Authentication.
- Your name: so the counter can call you when your order is ready.
- Your orders: items, table or parcel, time, total and status.
- A notification token: so your phone can show "your order is ready" and, if you allow, offers.
- Basic technical data to keep the app safe (app version, an app-integrity check from Google Play).
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos or payment card details.
How we use it
- To take and prepare your order and tell you its status.
- To send offers from the cafe, only while "Offers" is on in your Profile. You can turn it off at any time; order updates still come.
- To keep our records of sales.
Who sees it
The cafe owner and staff see your name, number and orders. Data is stored with Google Firebase (servers in India, asia-south1) and processed by Cloudflare. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Your profile is kept until you delete your account. Order records are kept for the cafe's accounts; when you delete your account, your name and number are removed from them.
Delete your account
In the app: Profile → Delete my account. Or see Delete account.
